Handpoke Tattoo – Authentic Nordic Handpoke Art

Handpoke or ‘Hand Poked’, which means ‘engraved by hand’, is one of the oldest forms of tattooing. I specialise in this technique and work with special badger and coyote bones that serve as a holder for the needle and which also have strengthening symbols engraved in them.

I place each dot on your skin by hand in the traditional way. I am inspired by Norse mythology and the art of the Celts and Vikings.

There are also many great motifs and possibilities that can be implemented with this type of nordic tattooing, such as personalised binders, sigils, staves, etc.
